No Performance Guarantees. Marketing and SEO outcomes depend on many factors (including search-engine algorithms, competition, budgets, and market conditions). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue.
Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Click will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Services & Accounts

We may use or recommend third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, ad platforms, SEO tools). Those providers are governed by their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible. You may need to grant us access to your accounts (e.g., Google, Meta, ad platforms). You remain responsible for maintaining your account security and compliance with third-party terms.
