Cancellation Policy – Cosmic Click

Effective Date: September 12, 2025

At Cosmic Click, we value transparency and want you to feel confident when working with us. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for our Services.

1) Service Agreements

All projects and Services are governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”). By engaging our Services, you agree to the terms in your Agreement as well as this Policy. If there is any conflict, the Agreement controls.

2) How to Cancel

To request cancellation, email info@cosmicclick.cc with the subject “Cancellation Request” and include:

  • Your name/company

  • Agreement/SOW or invoice number

  • The Services you wish to cancel

  • Requested effective date of cancellation

We will confirm receipt and outline next steps.

3) One-Time / Project Services

  • Within 7 days of project start: You may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, less any work already completed and any third-party costs incurred.
    “Project start” means the earlier of (i) the date you sign/accept the Agreement, or (ii) the kickoff activity (e.g., discovery call, access provisioning, audits, campaign setup).

  • After 7 days of project start: Fees are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may offer a credit toward future Services.

4) Ongoing Monthly / Retainer Services

  • Notice: 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel ongoing or retainer Services (e.g., SEO, paid media, social management).

  • Current cycle: Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. No additional charges will accrue after the notice period ends.

  • Minimum terms: If your Agreement includes a minimum commitment, cancellation before the term ends may require payment of any early-termination amounts specified in the Agreement.

5) Third-Party Platforms & Costs

  • Non-refundable: Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, stock assets, software tools, licenses, data providers, domains/hosting) already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

  • Account responsibility: If tools or platforms are billed directly to you, you are responsible for pausing or terminating those accounts to stop future charges.

6) Cancellation by Cosmic Click

We may suspend or cancel Services (with written notice) for non-payment, breach of Agreement, illegal or abusive activity, security risks, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where appropriate, we may issue a pro-rated refund or creditfor any unused portion of prepaid fees, less work performed and third-party costs.

7) Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Access we hold (to ad accounts, analytics, CMS, etc.) may be removed or transferred per your instructions.

  • We will deliver agreed handoff items listed in your Agreement (if any).

  • Outstanding balances and third-party charges remain due.

  • Unless otherwise required by law or your Agreement, we may retain project records for a reasonable period for auditing and compliance, then delete or archive them.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
