Refund Policy – Cosmic Click

At Cosmic Click, we’re committed to delivering high-quality marketing, SEO, and creative services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how requests are handled.

1) General Policy

  • Because marketing and digital services involve strategy, time, and third-party costs, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Refunds may be considered only in the limited circumstances below.

2) Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

  • Early Cancellation: You cancel within 7 days of signing the agreement and no significant work has been completed.
    “Significant work” includes, for example, a kickoff call, strategy or audit delivery, tracking setup, asset creation, campaign builds, or account configurations.

  • Provider Inability: Cosmic Click is unable to deliver the agreed services due to unforeseen internal circumstances.

  • Billing Error: A clear billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate payment).

Note: Where appropriate, we may offer a partial refund or account credit instead of a full refund.

3) Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued when:

  • Work has already been initiated, delivered, or completed as described in your agreement/SOW.

  • Results are unsatisfactory due to incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed inputs, access, feedback, or approvals from the client.

  • The client changes scope or direction after substantial progress has been made.

  • Retainers or monthly services: Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable (see your Cancellation Policy for ending future cycles).

  • Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, stock assets, software licenses, data tools, domain/hosting, paid plugins) have been incurred—these are always non-refundable.

  • One-time setup fees, audits, strategy documents, or discovery work that have been delivered (in part or whole) are non-refundable.

4) Partial Refunds or Credits

If only a portion of the scoped work has started and a refund is approved, we may issue a pro-rated refund or service credit reflecting work already performed and any third-party costs incurred.

5) Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve billing issues. Initiating a chargeback may pause or terminate Services and could delay resolution.

6) How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@cosmicclick.cc with subject line “Refund Request”.

  • Include your name/company, agreement or invoice number, payment date/amount, and a brief description of the issue.

7) Processing Timeline & Method

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

  • Any applicable bank or processor timelines are outside our control.

8) Third-Party Costs

Any third-party fees or expenses already paid on your behalf (e.g., ad platforms, licensing, data tools) are non-refundableand will be deducted from any approved refund.
